Step two

Send us your device

Please remove your SIM card, any memory cards and case (if you have one) and carefully package your device with bubble wrap or similar. Using a trackable service, send your device to the address provided on your invoice and email us the tracking number & cost of shipping. We'll refund any postage costs upto a maximum value of £7.50*. Provide inside the package your name, email address, alternate contact number & return address.

Step four

Receive your device

On completion we'll take photos and send them to your email address along with any other information that may be applicable then carefully package your device and send it to you by a trackable service FOR FREE. The tracking number and courier name will be sent to you via email.

Step three

Repair in progress

On receipt of your device we'll perform an assessment to confirm that the requested repairs are applicable to the device and inform you if additional or advisable repairs are required. We'll then repair your device within 24 hours & also refund the cost of your postage to your payment method*.

Step one

Find & book your repair online

Once we have your booking we'll  confirm the total cost of your repair(s) as you describe them to us and send an invoice to your email address. We will contact you via text and email to answer any queries you may have. Invoice payments can be made by card or bank transfer once the repair is complete.
